Great Set & Colors but the sheets couldv’e been softer Been re-doing our boy’s room & I bought as much of this collection as I could. I must say it’s a great set & the comforter is very very well made. The collection is bright & colorful & the sheets are as well. However I feel that for the price,the sheets shouldv’e had a higher thread count. There very stiff,easily wrinkle & paper thin after washing compared to the Construction Restore & Restyle Kids one’s I had brought from Target that our boy’s had before. If we could get the 2 together this would be the nicest set for kids ever!!
Scratchy and rough sheets, even my toddler has complained I’ve made the mistake of buying “100% soft cotton percale” (210 thread count says OK site) sheets, including two sets from Olive Kids. My son loved the patterns, but despite my washing them with fabric softener and dryer softener sheets, he still complains “these sheets are scrtachy and hurt me”. Maybe its the printing. They’ve been washed about 5 times now and I’ve taken to using a white jersey pillowcase to protect his face. I hope OK upgrades their thread count, but from now on, I’m NEVER buying percale. My son is three and doesn’t normally complain about fabric.
great print, bad elastic My son loves the print on the sheets. The sheets are also thick and seem to be made from quality material; however, any elastic that was in the fitted sheet was gone after the first wash, before they even were put on the bed for the first time!
